Recording limit

Hi, everybody,

I’m new on the forum and should like to know if anyone could help me,
because I’ve missed something: when I’m recording a message (WIN 10),
it stops after 18 sec. :wink:)
For the moment, in the tutorial, I didn’t find any option or parameter to
be modified, in order to fix the problem.
It certainly is very simple… but I don’t see the point.

Check that you have not accidentally enabled “Sound Activated Recording”. The option should be “not selected” in the Transport menu.

If there is a selection in another track, then recording stops at the end of the selection. To ensure there is no selection, click the rewind button (“<<”) before you start recording.
