how can i record my accoustic guitar and voice at a same time using guitar link usb interface and 7.1channel usb sound card in Audacity? i tries using virtual audio cable but it shows error. i have windows 10 dell laptop and bm800 microphone for voice. Please help me and save my life.
The normal way to record multiple instruments / voices in Audacity is to record them one at a time, which is called “overdubbing”. See: https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/tutorial_recording_multi_track_overdubs.html
It may also be possible to record from multiple devices at the same time with the aid of a virtual “aggregate” device using 3rd party software such as VAC or Voicemeeter, but please note that we are not able to provide support for those programs.
