recording from BBC Listen Again on Audacity 2.3 on Windows 8

I have not been able to work out how to record on Audacity 2.3! In the previous versions, there was a clearly marked record button - but I can’t see where this is on the new version. It’s bound to be something very obvious - but I’m missing it.

View > Toolbars and click “Transport Toolbar” to enable it, or to reset all the toolbars, View > Toolbars > Reset Toolbars.

Thank you for such a prompt reply. Where there are podcasts, I use them but the programme I want to keep is only on Listen again.
