Recording Audio Clips from online?

Hello All

I used this software for a previous project I was working on, I used to be able to copy audio from youtube, ect. That was a few months back. Now, I cannot? Or have I missed something and doing it wrong?

Sorry if it’s a dumb question, I wasn’t the producer of the show, so most of my knowledge is second hand and learned over someones shoulder.
