Recording and Playback Meters

After I expand the meters horizontals to their maximum, after I re-open the recording, Audacity shrinks them to their minimal settings. I’d like to lock the meters so when I either reopen the recording and/or Audacity, it retains my settings.

It’s a bug (https://github.com/audacity/audacity/issues/4057).
It should be fixed in the next Audacity release.

I tested it on a recent alpha test build for the upcoming 3.3.0 - and it works fine there again.
