Recording and inserting audio front of imported file

I want to record about two minutes of my voice and then insert that in front of an imported podcast. How do I do that?

Windows 7 64 bit, ultimate

2. Import the podcast
3. Use the Time Shift tool to drag the podcast to the right
4. Export your finished masterpiece.
