Recording 194 Khz for slo-mo video

Hi. I am recording 1/4x speed video and wish to have high quality audio that can be synchronized. Since video requires 48 hz, I multiplied 48 by 4 and got 192 hz. Is that right?

I used a Zoom F6 to record at 192 khz. Now I’m trying to play it back for the first time in Audacity.

When I use the Change Speed tool, it seems to work. But every time I reopen the tool, it appends the setting to the last. I don’t see a reset or a net “speed” value (compared to original).

So it keeps slowing more every time I reopen it. How do I control the playback speed vs original?
