Recorded voice is coming from left speaker [SOLVED]

Hi,
I am new for this audacity stuff. I’ve downloaded it a couple of days ago and through youtube tutorials i’ve managed to start using it and i recorded my voice over a karaoke and finally saved that project. After listening to it i recognized that my voice is coming from left speaker and the background from right. Can anybody please help me out to fix it as to mix my voice and background that both of them play together from both the speakers. By the way im using windows7 and audacity2.1.0.0

Set Audacity to record “1 channel (mono)” in the device toolbar.

For any already recorded projects, use Tracks > Stereo Track to Mono.
