'Record what you hear' problems on Fast Track Audio

Sound card - Fast track M- Audio
Audacity .exe installer

Hi, I’ve downloaded Audacity specifically for recording ‘what you hear’ out of my sound card. I cannot get any sound to record. Any ideas or knowledge about this sound card with Audacity?
