I have managed to mess up my audio playback in Audacity. I clearly clicked on something or hit a key stroke, but I do not know what. Symptom: When I click play, Audacity plays for about 0.1 - 0.2 seconds, then stops. I do not yet know if this is for one file, or everything, but it does persist between Audacity sessions. I suspect it has to do with looping, but I haven’t seen a way to stop this. Please advise on how to get playback working normally. I do have a screenshot, wherein I see a small downward green arrow / caret in the timeline. I hadn’t noticed this previously.

The problem sticks with Audacity, i.e. it is not just a problem with one file.
It’s working now. I do not know why, I did not change anything. I’m happy, if it never comes back. I’m sure it was caused by my input.
