Hey! So, a few days ago I downloaded some samples to put together into one song but at the end of one sample there is a slight fade out. I tried using Normalize but it just makes one portion of the audio that I selected louder and the other part you can still hear the fade out. I’m sorry if this is a stupid question, I’m new to all of this so any help would be appreciated. If something is not clear about this problem I’ll be glad to explain further. Cheers!

Now that I have solved this problem, I’m now having this problem. Every time I connect two tracks together with Time Shift, there is a really short stop that I can hear so my question is: Is it possible to remove that short delay? Thanks
Have you tried joining the two samples with Effect > Crossfade Clips ? This requires the current Audacity 2.1.1 from http://audacityteam.org/download/windows.
