Quality of sound of my voice in recording

i have always too much resonance in my voice recordings (seems to speak in a pipe or a tunnel) How can i resolve this problem. thanks to all of you. and more precisely to the one who will give me help in it… alphil

First, make sure Windows “enhancements” are turned OFF. It’s trying to help but often it makes it worse.

Sometimes we can tell more by listening. Post a sound sample. Select ten seconds (or less) and File > Export as WAV. The horizontal block icon with the up arrow is the “upload” tool.

Don’t make it too short, either. We need enough there to hear the character of the voice with different words.

A Sound Recording New User almost immediately falls victim to the Room With Wooden Floors.

It would be nearly impossible to record a clean voice in that room.
