I know it seem strange to you but when you start recording with OBS how you for your audacity program starts recording in the background of your computer for me it is not selected when I click a button I have forgotten it is selected I need your help :slight_smile: :blush: :blush:

If you quit Audacity, I imagine OBS should not be able to launch Audacity of its own accord.

If this doesn’t help, please explain exactly what you are trying to do. Also tell us your exact version of Audacity and Windows (please see the pink panel at the top of the page) .
