Program or API to remove stuttering from a voice recording

hi, I would like to know if there is a existing program that can remove stuttering from a stutterer person in a recording file by using filters or some API in existence.

The uploaded file shows a small example of what I would like to. You can see how the stuttering part has similar wave patterns and are closely together. In the audio I am trying to say Cristo, spanish for Christ. The left side is the edited audio. The right side is the original audio

Would like to know if it would be possible to remove the stuttering part, and replace the removed part with a audio wave so the transition from the previous word and stuttering word still sounds natural as most as possible. Usually a remedy for stutterers when it comes to a hard word, is to stutter in purpose until it comes out correctly. Was thinking of using phyton to write a program, but would like to know if it possible.

Thanks

I don’t know of a way to correct that automatically. You can correct it manually by carefully cutting the blue waves on the timeline. But that means you need to correct each word with the damage.

There’s one other problem, too. Stuttering can disturb the tonal emphasis of the word as the mouth struggles with forming the sounds. The first tone is OK, but by the time the actual word arrives, it’s different. That gives you two edits per word.

Don’t try to read an audiobook.

Some stutters can announce just fine. I don’t understand this, but I know a broadcast announcer that can’t make it through “hello, how are you,” in real life, but can present a perfect newscast.

There’s AI which can remove Umms & Errs

It can also clone your voice, so it says what you write, in your voice, (without the stutter).
