proelectrix USB problems

I bought a prolectrix cassette deck that supposedly allows recording to Audacity via USB. However for some reason Audacity isn’t showing the device in preferences. The instruction book for the unit says to select AK5371 option, but that option isn’t there. Can anyone advise, please…

You need to get us closer. What kind of computer? Windows Laptop? iMac? Debian Linux?

Thanks…Waxcylinder, that has solved the problem. I had to go and change some settings. The unit now works perfectly. :smiley:
