Hi i down loaded high realtec audio divice from realtec!
But audacity wont record or get no sound!?

That is a very bad idea unless as a last resort for some problem you can’t solve otherwise. Realtek only offer generic sound drivers that are not properly matched to your sound card - it is possible that might give you stereo mix recording if that is what you are looking for, but it could create other problems with bad sound.
Most users with branded computers like Dell or Lenovo will want to go to the computer manufacturer’s web site to update their sound card drivers. If the proper drivers don’t have stereo mix that doesn’t matter because you can use WASAPI loopback recording instead.
