Hello,
I have a problem with the new version of Audacity and my old turntable ION.
Previously I used a very old version of Audacity (1.2.4) and it was OK.
I did not use the software for a while and now I try the new version to record my old vinyls but when I try, I receive the error message -9999 Unanticipated hort error.
I check the Audio setup with all the options but nothing is working.
Have you an idea why this is no more working or maybe I made a mistake but I definitely need help…

Check your Permissions/Privacy Settings to make sure Audacity is allowed to use the USB device. (I’m assuming this is a USB turntable?)
Thanks for your answer and yes it is an USB turntable but I’ve found my mistake…I had disconnected the microphone in Windows…stupid, no ?
