in past it worked fine i was had to change some setting then it works, but i re installed it and forgot how i changed the setting, i have checked many forms, and tried changing settings many times but still i cant record anything inside windows/laptop i don’t know whats the problem exactly is their a program i am missing or something in the settings i didn’t try. i would appreciate it if you can show me with screen shots or step by step because i am a little noob in this stuff 
Some soundcards/drivers simply don’t support that. If your computer can do it, you should be able to select “Stereo Mix” or “What-U-Hear” as your recording input.
[u]This page[/u] has some instructions. At the bottom of the page there are some software suggestions in case your soundcard/driver does not support Stereo Mix.

WASAPI loopback works well on my 64-bit W7 Tosh laptop.
