Seems there isn’t one for Windows yet, but Audacity is 64-bit on Mac and Linux.
Please make a 64-bit version of Audacity, even if you drop the 32-bit version, it would be better to be 64-bit only than 32-bit only. Very few systems are 32-bit anymore and I would like to run as little 32-bit software as possible - I don’t believe that new software should be using old standards.

I’m just a user, not a developer but IMO, that’s not a very compelling reason to “change everything”. I don’t know if it will make any difference in “user performance” but I wouldn’t think so.
GoldWave ($50 USD) is 64-bits.

Microsoft still sells & supports 32-Windows 10 so it’s not “old”.
