PLEASE HELP! Need help Editing a .WAV file

Hello everyone,

I have an audio file that is about 30 minutes long. In the middle of the recording I need to have about 10-15 minutes of the
recording only. So I will have about the first 10 minutes and the last 10 minutes that I won’t need. Can someone please explain
how I can do this?
