I’m stupid. I know there is a simple answer, but I am unable to play just one pair of audio tracks. It plays all track together. Kinda noisy. Thanks for someones help.

If you export the performance it will do that, too.
Use the MUTE and SOLO buttons to the left of each track.

The behaviour of the “Solo” button has two options that can be set in preferences - I prefer the “Simple” behaviour, but the other option (“Standard”) is the default. http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/tracks_preferences.html
