I’m new and trying to record a narrative audio, which I’ve done, but there is no audio when played back. I’ve searched all the buttons but there seems to be no instruction on how to accomplish this basic action. No it’s not on mute. Perhaps it’s a secret? 
Check your [u]Playback Device[/u]. Just for example, sometimes you plug-in a USB microphone and it tries to use that as your playback device,
I’m doing this on my laptop, built-in mic so no plug-ins. To what do I set Playback Device? I can’t understand why the first recording played back, now nothing. I need to get this going! Playback is normally a basic function but I can find nothing in the manual that addresses it…WHY?? PLEASE HELP.
