Open a file MP3 at a specific audio position

Hello,
Can i open a file with Audacity, placing myself directly at a specific audio position without having to type it manually?
For example in a file batch like this:

  • AUDACITY FILENAME.MP3 HH:MM:SS

No, Audacity doesn’t have that feature. You would need to add a command to set the cursor position.
Note that normal batch processing acts on the entire file. To apply an edit / effect on just part of the files, you need to use commands to “select” the appropriate part - see the “Fade Ends” macro as an example.
