Nothing happens when I right click on speaker, trying to set recording devices for Windows. Version 2.0.3

Which speaker? The one in Windows or the one in Audacity?

In both cases, the speaker symbol is a shortcut. In Windows Audacity, Edit > Preferences > Devices. In WIndows, Start > Control Panel > Sound or Audio.
