Not Uploading Full Recording

I’m having trouble uploading a full 4,322KB (18 minute) recording from a RCA RP5120-A digital recorder. My computer version is Windows 8 and I am using Audacity 2.0.5. Do anyone have any helpful ideas?

There was this post from someone who couldn’t get the full show loaded…

… but you could also have the file type error. Is it an RCA VOC file? Audacity doesn’t recognize that file type.
