not a good plaayback

I am using band in a box to make tracks, then I put them into my R8 zoom recorder, then add voice after that I go into audacity to make a MP3.
On play back the sound of the backing tracks losses’ sound quality and voice jumps out front.

MP3 is a “lossy” format - there is always some loss of sound quality when converted to MP3 format (also applies to other lossy compression formats such as Ogg, WMA, AC3 and so on). For best quality, don’t use MP3, keep to a lossless format such as WAV or FLAC. If you must use MP3, try using higher quality (larger file size) settings such as “Preset: Medium”. To change the MP3 conversion options, click on the “Options” button in the export dialogue screen.
