Noise removal

Most to the tracks I need to clean are voice talks so there is no complex sounds etc

I use the noise removal tool (in 1.3.4) and generally it does a good job, but there maybe a better way, but I’m not sure how to do it even though I’ve been using Audacity for quite a while :blush:

What would be handy is to be able to mute the sound below a certain level. i.e you would hear the speakers voice but the pauses in speech would be muted if you follow my reasoning…
