NOISE REDUCTION IN REAL TIME

Good morning, I am an Amateur Radio and I use Audacity to listen to the files of the recordings I make.
I often use the noise reduction filter with satisfaction.
Is it possible to create another program, or option, where the sample noise is tested and then the correct audio can be heard in real time?
Like a DSP filter…
Maybe very interesting for us !

Thank you for your time and best wishes

Audacity does not do real-time processing, but many audio devices on Windows offer noise reduction in real time - look in the “Enhancements” tab of the audio device settings:

  1. Right-click over the Speaker icon by the system clock then choose Recording Devices to open the Recording tab of “Sound”
  2. Right-click over Microphone (or whatever device you are recording from) and choose Properties
  3. Look to see what options are available in each of the tabs.

Note: It is generally recommended to turn all “enhancements” off (disabled), because the quality of real-time noise reduction is usually poor.
