How come I have no Spectral Selections commands?
They are simply not there.

Did they exist in 2.0.6? They didn’t always used to be there.

I thought I had latest version installed 
In 2.1.1 and later, you can use Help > Check for Updates to take you to the download page where you can see if you have the latest version.
