I am using Windows 10 and latest version of 2.2 Audacity. Am unable to get any sound to my PC, used the help pages to set up but none of the drop-down menus I get are as set out in the help pages. I would add that I am a bit of a technophobe, just trying to set this up initially. Can anybody help please?

If you are trying to record what the computer is playing, try the WASAPI option for recording device.
