I want to finish digitised LP’s
I can play them on my laptop (windows 11) but in Audacity I hear nothing.
If I open the same file in whatever other app everything sounds perfect.
I wnat to edit the files but now I am only dealing with nonsense and it cost me negative work
Why does Audaccity not simply play (computer MSI Prestige 16 AI+ Evo B2VMG-019NL, Windows 11)
Audacity 3.7.6. Installed. All apps play music well. Only Audacity not.
You left a few gaps in your information.
Did you record them using Audacity?
In what form did you save them? An Audacity project file won’t open in other apps.
What does this mean?
Let’s try to find out. Has it ever worked on your setup? Have you followed details in other posts telling you how to disable Windows audio ‘enhancements’?
Check your Audacity playback device. (It might be trying to play-back through the turntable.)
Also check the Audacity playback volume slider which is “hidden” under the playback meters.
