I have no weariness on my Windows 10 PC
to record in audacity sound, I have installed the drivers for the sound card, but that did not help, even another host (such as mme or windwos direct sound have no influence.
also a reset of wiondwos 10 to the factory settings does not help who can help my?
Are you talking about recording or playback?
Make sure you have selected the USB device as your [u]Recording Device[/u], and whatever playback device you wish to use. Does it show-up as a recording & playback device?
Your interface should have come with Cubase. Does Cubase work? You may have trouble recording all 4 channels in Audacity, so if you are doing that you’ll probably want to use Cubase.
