No Bass after the last Update

Hello dear forum,
After the last update 3-3-3, Audacity no longer gives bass when listening to the records live…what can I do?
I run Audacity on a Mac with Ventura. I also have older versions of Audacity installed. Unfortunately the problem remains. I think that’s because of Mac Ventura.

Audacity does not modify the audio while recording and never has done so.

Great reply. Thank you very much. But apparently it does for me. The bass is just missing…
