Need help recording outgoing sound

On my old computer, I would use Audacity to record all kinds of outgoing sound (usually the audio to youtube vids). But on my new one, the drop down menu I used to select “outgoing” or whatever it was is just grayed out. I can only record through my mic. Is this a hardware problem? If so, what am I missing? Please help :cry:

EDIT: Well I just tried to record without selecting anything and it worked >.>

I feel dumb now.
