Windows 7 (but I have Win 10 on another computer)

Hey everyone
I’m kinda new to this, but I do understand a fair bit. I’ve used Audacity to record voice overs, intros, etc. Now as I get into podcasting, I’d like to be able to add in sound bites as I record. For example, as I’m talking, play a movie clip or something.
What I don’t know is if Audacity has the ability to record my voice and something I play in my browser, for example.
Hopefully someone understands what I’m getting at and can advise.
