Unfortunately the developer that added frequency values to labels did not add the feature for Nyquist plug-ins.

Not unless you want to get heavily into macro code. It is “possible” to create labels with the frequency data, but it is lengthy and complex.
Alternatively there’s this “hack”. The labels will look weird when you create them, and they don’t select frequencies, but you can convert them to “normal” labels (with frequencies) by exporting the labels then import them back in.
