When I try to export my song into any option given to me it has no sound I just want to export as MP3 but when I try to play the exported song it has no sound!!!
What version of Audacity are you running?

When you say “any option”, have you tried a WAV file?
But you can play it in Audacity before exporting and you can hear it, right?
What are you playing it with? Windows Media Player? Something else?
Try re-opening the MP3 (or WAV) in Audacity. Do you see the usual waveforms? Does it play?
It plays in audacity but when I try to export it it doesn’t have any sound whatsoever and yes I have tried using the wav file. I should have the latest version of audacity because I redownloaded it this morning because of this problem but it didn’t solve anything.
Yes I’ve tried to export it as the wav file but it still had no sound. I’m using groove music to try and play it because that’s what comes up when I double click on the exported file.

I should have the latest version of audacity
You can check the version the “usual way” through Help - About Audacity. If you downloaded from the official Audacity website you should have Audacity 2.3.2. MP3 was a little trickier to set up in the older versions. WAV should NEVER be a problem.

I have the same problem. I’m sure it’s a silly mistake but I can hear the sound within audacity but I cannot hear any sound when I export to MP3. The file length appears to be correct - there is just no sound in the MP3 file
