Hello - complete luddite here…
I’m about to get a new work laptop and need to move all my stored Audacity files from the current location (This PC > Documents). It’s a fairly massive folder with several audiobooks stored there (66GB)
Is it simply a case of cutting and pasting the Audacity folder in its entirety to a shared location that I can then access using the new laptop…?
When I then reinstall Audacity on the new machine, I assume I then change the default location to that shared folder as the place Audacity saves all files…?
Any help much appreciated and apologies if this has been asked a thousand times before
