Move the cursor to the beginning of the waveform

Hi, in an audio track I have an initial few seconds of silence then the audio starts.
Is there a way to automatically move the cursor to the beginning of the waveform? Or do you have to do it by hand?

Pretty much. You could do Analyze > Label Sounds, but I don’t think that is going to be easier.

From a programming perspective, there is a point at which we go from zero information to a non-zero value, that should be the point to identify.
You can obviously do this by hand, but you have to zoom in a lot to find that point.
