Move "Duplicate" from the Edit menu to the Tracks menu

Currently, the operation to duplicate a track resides in the Edit menu (Edit → Duplicate)
Perhaps it would be better to have this in the Tracks menu for the following reasons:

  1. It seems more intuitive to have it under the Tracks menu (alongside other items like “Add New”)
  2. It operates on a track but does not alter the track (so it’s not an edit)

Items in the Tracks menu act on tracks.
Items in the Edit menu act on the selected audio.
The “Duplicate” command acts on the selected audio. (Effectively it does: “Copy” then “Paste to new track”)

I was not aware that Duplicate acts on selected audio, I thought it only served to duplicate entire tracks. Thanks for clarifying this.
