Hi all, I’ve recorded some motorcycles during drive-by and pulling away where I have the following questions:
- On the drive-by, the recording starts off quiet, quickly gets very loud as the bike passes the mic then fades away equally as quick as it gains distance. Is there a method within Audacity that I can increase the volume at the start of the recording, keep it the same as the bike passes the mic then increase it again as the bike gains distance?
- Similar to the above question, on motorcycle pull away, the bike rapidly gets too quiet as it roars off down the test track, is there a method that I can continually increase the volume of the recording as the bike gains distance from the mic?
