1st time Audacity Forum user. In Audacity 3.7.8 can the MP3 quality (bit-rate) be edited within a macro? Occasionally, I need to change the bit-rate. The only way I can ensure the Export command is correct is to bring in a dummy file, export as MP3, then check/change the bit-rate there. Then when I run my batch macro it will be Export as my chosen bit-rate. This seems a bit clumsy. I’m not an audiophile…just a dumb old man. Apparently, editing the Export MP3 quality within the macro was available previously. Thanks for hearing me out. Audacity is a very powerful tool.
