Do you know if the Mobil Pre M-Audio will work with Audacity 2.0.3 and Windows 7?
Or what software I would need to use for a 64 bit computer and this older preamp/audio interface

Yes, it should plug straight in, but I believe this is the device without a mixer. When you plug a microphone into Mic-One, it’s only going to appear on the Left of Audacity’s stereo show. Mic-Two appears on the right. You have to do all the channel reassignments and mixing in Audacity.
In other words, you probably can’t easily use this for sound-on-sound Overdubbing.
