I’ve been trying to import this MMA audio file into Audacity. There is clearly audio there, but it’s basically impossible to listen to as I just get white noise. I’ve tried importing raw data and nothing seems to work. It’s from an old 2002 Dragon Tales PC game (Dragon Frog Jamboree).
I don’t know if this is supposed to be a link to the mma file but doesn’t work as one.

According to this site, .mma files can be opened (only?) by Intrepid Mouse Master Album Maker Viewer.
Casey,
I managed to download your file but got the same results as you. So far, there seems to be no definitive info’ on this file type. I opened the file with a hex editor and found the string ‘MMFW Sounds’ at the start. I Googled that and found this article: https://zenhax.com/viewtopic.php@t=12338.html. This led me to find these programs which MIGHT be able to extract what you need:
It could be a long road though! Good luck.

QuickBMS doesn’t work, I have no clue on how to use it (script file??) Game Extractor doesn’t let you listen to the sounds/export to mp3 in basic version
Do you have any way of playing the files? If so you can record while it’s playing.
No, i can’t
The game was made by Sesame Workshop and Encore Software
Doesn’t work, i’ve tried finding info on the MMA format and nothing showed up, tried converting it. Have no clue about the codec
