Hi, so I’ve been using Audacity for a couple years now, and all the time I’ve been using it, under “Effect” there was the built-in effects but also lots of AU effects that were there from the first time I ever downloaded and opened Audacity on my Mac.
I haven’t used Audacity for about a month and now when I just went back to using it, all of those AU effects are gone??? (I was using 2.3.2.0 and I just updated to 2.4.2.0 to see if that made a difference, it didn’t, they’re still gone)
I don’t remember the names of any of them, unfortunately, but they were most EQ and Low-Pass / Hi-Pass filters. I really liked them and I’m not sure what has happened to them.
I run MacOS Catalina 10:15:6. I think I may have updated my Mac once in between the last time I used Audacity and using it now but I’m not sure.
Is there any way to re-download these AU Effects?
