Can someone please help me with SIMPLE instructions regarding LAME download for MAC?
Please note the current Audacity version is 2.0.5 from http://audacityteam.org/download/mac though on a few machines on Mavericks it is possible that 2.0.3 may give better playback.

If those instructions do not work for you, please say whether you got the DMG or the zip of FFmpeg and exactly what happens when you try the instructions.
