Hi. I’m using voiceovers in a video animation. I record several versions of the each clip on my hand recorder, then import them into Audacity to choose the best one before exporting them as MP3s for the video. Once I’ve chosen all of the best clips, I normalize them and apply an EQ, as well as changing the volume and bass/treble to improve the quality. Now I want to replace one of the clips with a new one. Is there a way to capture the profile of the existing clip so that I can match the new clip to the existing ones?

NB: Even if the EQ’s are matched, it may still be possible to tell if the recordings were made in diffent locations, as they will have different reverb(eration).
