Making a mixtape with Audacity?

I was just introduced to Audacity through a friend and it looks amazing so far but, am I able to make a decent mixtape with Audacity as is? Any tips?

I would highly recommend using Audacity 1.3.12 rather than the old 1.2.6 version.
