Not sure if this is the right subforum for this, but the download page currently says that MacOS 10.15 Catalina is currently not supported despite 2.3.3 supporting Catalina as it is now 64 bit.

32 > 64 bit wasn’t the only change. Audacity 2.4.0 available soon should be fully supported.

2.3.3 will launch and run on Catalina - but it won’t record as Catalina denies acccess to the microphone/input recording device (as 2.3.3 is not “notarized” with Apple)
