Mac Siera and Audacity

Hello, i am o total beginner with DAW and music production. I have an iMac and am wondering if i can run the audacity without a problem.

I’m running the current 2.3.1 and the alpha test build for the upcoming 2.3.2 on my MacBook Pro with Mojave 10.14,4

I used to run fine on Sierra.

Thanks a lot, I can’t wait to download and start composing!
I’m also looking for a small MIDI. I found this article the best cheap MIDI keyboards but it doesn’t say anywhere if they are compatible with Audacity. Do you know if any of these models will work with Audacity, in that budget?

No, none of them will. Audacity does not support MIDI recording, only “audio”.
